Looks like there may be a mistake with the release dates in the projected timeline;
Oct 2021: Development Started
February 24, 2021: Feature freeze
March 31, 2021: Expected beta release
April 14, 2021: Final freeze and release candidate version will be out.
April 21, 2021: Final release of Ubuntu 2022
April 2027: End of Life

Should be 2022 instead of 2021 on most of the dates mentioned.
Oct 2021: Development Started
February 24, 2022: Feature freeze
March 31, 2022: Expected beta release
April 14, 2022: Final freeze and release candidate version will be out.
April 21, 2022: Final release of Ubuntu 2022
April 2027: End of Life

You have the years wrong. They say 2021, but they should be 2022, except the first one.
